Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These Terms of Service govern the use of the website available at codenseo.eu (hereinafter the "Service"), operated by Aleksander Szlaga Teamwork Design, ul. Krzycka 85A, 53-019 Wrocław, Poland, tax number (NIP): 7561882685 (hereinafter the "Operator").

Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

2. Scope of services

The Service provides users with the following features:

• Reading articles and blog content on web development, SEO and AI automation.
• Posting comments on articles after passing a moderation review.
• Contacting the Operator via the contact form.

The Service does not offer user account registration.

3. Comment rules

3.1. Requirements

Comments may be submitted by any user by providing a name and email address. The email address is not published and is used solely for verification purposes.

3.2. Comment content

Users agree to publish only lawful content. The following are prohibited:

• offensive, vulgar, discriminatory content or content that violates the dignity of others;
• advertising content or spam;
• infringement of copyright or other intellectual property rights of third parties;
• personal data of third parties without their consent;
• illegal or harmful content.

3.3. Moderation

Every comment is reviewed by the Operator before publication. The Operator reserves the right to reject or delete comments that violate these Terms, without giving reasons.

3.4. Technical limits

To protect against spam, a limit of 3 comments per hour per IP address applies. Comments may not exceed 5,000 characters. Comment forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA.

3.5. Licence over comment content

By submitting a comment, the user grants the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and store that content in the Service. The Operator does not claim ownership of comment content.

4. Intellectual property

All content published in the Service (articles, graphics, code, logos) is owned by the Operator or licensed to it. Copying, reproducing or distributing such content without the Operator's prior written consent is prohibited.

Quoting article excerpts is permitted provided the source is clearly attributed with a link to the original article.

5. Liability

The Operator makes every effort to ensure content is accurate and up to date, but accepts no liability for:

• interruptions to the Service due to technical reasons or maintenance work;
• damage resulting from applying information contained in articles;
• the content of comments posted by users.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. As a consumer within the EU, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms. Material changes will be announced via a banner on the site at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
